The Interview

I would like to find out about the differences in responsibilities and opinions from a server at a restaurant to a host. To do this, I am going to interview one of the hosts of El Chico in Flower Mound, then one of the servers.

Sections:

- Table Rotation
  1. Does El Chico use a rotation?
  2. Do you like the table rotation? (why/why not)
  3. Does it make your job easier? (why/why not)
- Customer dealings in high volume
  1. How do you deal with a impatient customer?
  2. Is it easy to keep your cool?
- Easy to get along?
